This is a PLC digital IO expansion mainboard based on Altera Cyclone II FPGA, model FY-S PLC32_M, designed for industrial programmable logic controllers. It is equipped with multi-channel optocoupler isolated inputs, relay output terminals, dual isolated Ethernet ports, filter voltage regulator circuits and expansion pin headers, featuring strong electrical isolation, anti-interference and surge protection. With FPGA programmable logic chip, it can process switching signals, pulse counting and logic timing operations at high speed, supporting Modbus industrial bus communication over Ethernet. It mainly collects sensor signals and drives actuators, with freely configurable IO logic for automatic production line signal expansion, serving as core signal acquisition and driving expansion card for industrial PLC systems.
Typical Application Scenarios:
1. Expand plenty of digital IO points for main PLC, collect signals from photoelectric and proximity switches, control actuators including cylinders, indicator lights and solenoid valves.
2. Connect position sensors, sorting push rods and photoelectric counting modules of sorting machines, upload sorting status via Ethernet to realize high-speed sorting logic control.
3. Collect signals of water pumps, valves, liquid level and temperature switches, remotely control fans and dosing pumps, suitable for complete automatic control cabinets of water treatment and HVAC.
4. Receive camera trigger signals, output signals to control production line start-stop and workpiece positioning fixtures, realize precise timing synchronization between visual inspection and mechanical actions.
