This is a green solder mask high-density multi-interface system backplane PCB. It uses a large rectangular structure, with multiple high-speed connectors, metal reinforcing holes and mounting holes evenly arranged along the board edges, and dense high-speed traces, differential pairs, power distribution networks, chip pads and interface areas in the center and on both sides. It is a system-level backplane or multi-channel high-speed interconnection substrate, mainly used for multi-module data switching, board-to-board high-speed communication, system backplane transmission, multi-channel signal routing and equipment expansion. It can connect different functional sub-boards and realize large-capacity data exchange in large electronic systems. With obvious multi-connector array, high-density routing, multilayer power/ground structure and system expansion capability, this board is commonly found in communication equipment, server cabinets, test and measurement instruments, industrial control platforms and large data processing systems.
